When planning your trip, please note that the scientific programme will start in the morning of April 8 and finish in the late afternoon of April 10.

After the early payment deadline, an extra fee of GBP 75 will be charged.

The fee covers accommodation for four nights from April 7 to April 11, lunches and coffee breaks as well as the conference excursion and dinner.

Hotel accommodation will normally be arranged by the organisers. If you prefer booking your own hotel, an appropriate registration option is available as well. Participants will be lodged at the Ibis Coventry Centre and the Ramada Coventry.


We have limited resources for financial support of students and participants from non-EU countries. Applications before the the deadline of 14 February 2014  should be directed by e-mail to A submitted abstract and a short justification are mandatory. Support will be given in the form of a waiver of the participation and/or accommodation fees.

If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, please let us know by the same deadline.

Financial support for childcare

The London mathematical Society believes that all parents working in mathematics should be able to attend conferences/research meetings without being hindered by childcare costs and thereby administers a Childcare Supplementary Grant Scheme open to any mathematician in the UK. Further information about this scheme can be found on the LMS website.
